Director, Operations & Maintenance - Solar Operations

Location: Denver Preferred, Remote Candidates Considered Type: Full-Time Employee Reports to: SVP, Solar Operations   ROLE OVERVIEW Pivot Energy is seeking an energetic, seasoned leader to support the build-out and management of our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) department. Reporting to the SVP of Solar Operations, you will take full ownership of asset operations, process development, and team building. This role is pivotal in shaping the operating cadence for a rapidly scaling portfolio of distributed solar and integrated storage (BESS) assets, ensuring high availability and optimized financial performance.
